Walk 100 yards to the south and voila, there is TP1097. The walk is on tarmac so you can walk in slippers if you want. The views from from Beacon Hill are wonderfull. Feel free to bring a picnic and enjoy your visit.

If you do bump into him, tell him that he is a legend and give him a crisp high-five!

The trig looks to have had a fresh lick of paint since this was photo was taken a few years back by Lorraine London.

Thanks for checking out this place on the Fabulous North! I do enjoy a wander out in to the countryside trying to find hidden gems that not many people know about. You can't beat a rogue Pele tower up a remote hill or a mysterious stone circle or a stunning waterfall secluded in a forest.
