This is the Hart Law trig point (341m) located in between Alnham and Ingram.
Some absolutely fantastic views of Cunyan Crags and Hedgehope Hill from the top, although the weather was a bit bleak today.
The easiest way to get here is to park outside the church in Alnham and then follow the fingerpost north. This takes you on to a red gravel track and then simply follow the map to head onto the grassy area where the Hart Law trig point is located.
Just follow this map, or find it on OS Maps.
You can get a glimpse of the trig point in the distance, but it still took a good 10 mins walk to get to it. Probably as it was 40mph winds in my face when I visited!

Thanks for checking out this place on the Fabulous North! I do enjoy a wander out in to the countryside trying to find hidden gems that not many people know about. You can't beat a rogue pele tower up a remote hill, a mysterious stone circle or a stunning waterfall secluded in a forest.
