This is The Dodd trig point (354m) near Kielder and Bellingham.
Best to park at Black Middens Bastle House car park and then follow the permissive path NW past Highfield Farm. Then take the fire break track (not clear at first) NNW to trig. It's a 5km walk to get to the trig point with 222m of ascent, so a canny trek there and back.
