This is the Wether Hill trig point (301m) near Elsdon.
From the layby, cross the road and head east until you see a fingerpost for East Woodburn. Follow this through the farmyard and up between small fields before going onto more open land and heading south west up the hill to the trig point.

There is a layby on the A696 at a place called Raylees just south of Elsdon.
