This is the trig point sitting on top of Cairn End (304m) just on the outskirts of the Haltwhistle.
You can park just off the road below The Beacon which is the start of the permissive path. Please make sure your car is fully off the road and not blocking the gates. Here is the parking bit.
Cross the road, through the gate and then follow the path to the right through another gate. You should be able to see the trig point from here and just follow a faint vehicle track towards it. As you get nearer the ground turns to heather and a bit boggy.
