From the large layby, go over the style and head up to the ski tow.
Continue up the ski tow and head ESE over the moor until you reach the trig.
Unfortunately, there was a fella with a huge antenna that wouldn't move, so this is the only image I could get of the trig.
This route is 1.7km with 200m of ascent.
