This is the Broom Hill trig point (127m) in Whalton Northumberland.
This one is on private land and difficult to park near. Suggest parking north of the trig point and then walking on the road for 1km or so, then taking the track west to the farm.
You will need to ask permission before venturing on their land. The trig point sits in a field, so best to bag this one when there are no crops.
Just follow this easy route to the top, or find it on OS Maps. Just over 2km and 28m ascent.

Parking is a little tricky, but probably best parking north of the trig where you can get your car just off the road before the junction.
