This is the Coldberry End trig point (708m) near Alston.
Once parked, follow the track NE. Remain on this track until you reach a gate, but do not go through it. At this point you can see to the right, a cairn sitting on Coldberry End but this is not the location of the trig point.
To get to the trig point turn left and follow the grassy path up the side of the fence line.
This will take you straight to the trig point.
The route is 2.5km with 150m of ascent.
