This is the Hart trig point (127m) near Hartlepool.
From the parking space, cross the road and go through the gate. Keep to the right and turn right to follow the track. Turn left a walk up the grassy track between fields of solar panels.
At the end of the solar panel field on the left, there is a good track on the left that takes you up to the trig point which is in the hedge on the right hand corner.
This route is just over 1km with just 20m of ascent.
