This is the Wind Hill trig point (231m) on the banks of Kielder Reservoir.
Although there is a 4km stroll to get there, it's just along the banks of Kielder Reservoir. From the car park just head west following the Lakeside Way up onto Whinny Hill and then along to Wind Hill.
Just follow this map, or find it on OS Maps. Around 99m of ascent too.
