This is the Bulbeck Common Trig Point (427m) on top of Newbiggen Fell near Blanchland.

Best place to park is the Bay Bridge car park in Blanchland and then follow Birkside Road for a short distance before heading west on to the permissive path. This takes you up Birkside Fell and then follow another path south west onto Round Hill where you will find the trig point.
