This is the Hips Heugh trig point (58m) sitting up on a little ridge near Craster.
Best way is to park at Howick Hall and then take the permissive path up to the ridge. Go canny as there can be cattle in the field. Alternatively park in the quarry car park at Craster and walk through Craster Farm South and onto the same permissive path.
