This is the Hips Heugh trig point (58m) sitting up on a little ridge near Craster.

Best way is to park at Howick Hall and then take the permissive path up to the ridge. Go canny as there can be cattle in the field. Alternatively park in the quarry car park at Craster and walk through Craster Farm South and onto the same permissive path.

Thanks for checking out this place on the Fabulous North! I do enjoy a wander out in to the countryside trying to find hidden gems that not many people know about. You can't beat a rogue Pele tower up a remote hill or a mysterious stone circle or a stunning waterfall secluded in a forest.
